I led UX strategy and design at scale, unifying multiple complex applications under a cohesive design system, standardizing UX practices, and embedding and advocating for user-centered design across the organization to over 200+ stakeholders. This work grew UX maturity and established a foundation for accessible, consistent, and scalable design.
Enhancing Public Access to Technical Resources (USDA)
Led the end-to-end UX evolution of USDA’s public-facing Field Office Technical Guide (FOTG), modernizing its mobile and desktop experience for 16,000+ monthly users. This work improved information architecture, search clarity, and accessibility, while unifying the platform with the USDA’s internal systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
Transforming an Internal Enterprise CMS (CPD-DMS)
Led the redesign and migration of the USDA’s internal enterprise content management system (CPD-DMS), migrating 63,000+ documents across 53 content types and 16 workflows to SharePoint. Improved usability, governance, and collaboration for field offices nationwide while reducing licensing costs by $300K annually.
