Geisel Library identified an under-utilization of help desk service offerings on their website. The client sponsor wanted to identify pain points from observing digital and physical spaces of library services, and propose improvements to the digital site using UX best practices.

I led a team to perform environmental research involving user interviews, ethnography on physical spaces, and surveying, which in turn formulate a story of pain points observed by library patrons. The team provided a readout of challenges paired with competitor behavior, web design heuristics, and proposed recommendations to improve the UX of the Library website
